I have been blogging for a few months & was looking for healthy blogging practices for amateur & professional bloggers. The opportunity came as a sweet surprise when I saw it on sponsoredreviews.com panel to review an article “10 Rules for Responsible Blogging“.

Blogging is a revolution of minds, the like of which has not happened before. As it grows in popularity, we need to define rules to give it a right direction.

The evolution & growth of blogs is happening in amateurs & professional category.

With the arruval of Web2.0 & converegence of technology in new devices the blogs are entering New Frontiers Of Professional Blogging.

Rules with additional comments:

1. Check your facts : Fully agree, If you are an amateur or Pro blogger, It is very important to publish correct information. Once published it has the potential to reach thousands or even million of readers in a very short time. The speed of distribution will increase as more people get involved.

4. Comment Policy : This is rule that is important and must be watched by every blogger. Readers must be informed of the dos & donts while commenting. It is the publisher’s responsibility & moderating the comments
is important to enhance the credibikity & reputation of the blog.

5. It is very important to give credits where due. The spread of blogging is so vast that giving credits is for benifit of blogger using the content and original author of the content. The first gets the content, author gets promotion & reader gets the useful information.

Blogging is still in early stages & evolving. As blogging Software is developed with new features & with more professional bloggers the quality, value & credibility of the information will increase.

If we have to take blogging to the next level, we will need a methodology for content delivery. I have seen some of the features in add-on wp plugins like podcast, alink and more plugins will be needed in future.

Happy & Healthy Blogging!!
