Every teenager is faces some amount of stress in their lives, and it should be considered as a natural transitional stress. This build the foundation for being & loving the importance of being self-reliant & finding their strength themselves. You must coach the teens to concentrate on their strengths and develop skills. Make them feel and realize that every individual is different and he must find his place within himself while looking for a place in the outer world.
The gradual buildup for improving teen self esteem is best done by teachers in class and parents by letting them do things they excel in. Building up self esteem in teens can unleash their hidden energy. This will also help them in studies and motivate them to work hard for a good career.
