Observe a regular sleep and wake up time and try to stick on to this every day including weekends. Make sure your bed is large enough. 2. Use a fan or a white noise machine to avoid outside noises. 11. A big, illuminated digital clock may cause you to focus on the time and may keep you awake all the time. So it is better idea to go for wristwatches.
