Green Tea Report
Can you pack a miracle in a cup?

Yes, there is a miracle tea that you can sip every morning from the cup. I personally have read and used green tea, and the Indian version Tulsi(Basil), sometimes literally chewing 4-5 leaves as the first thing after brushing. Both have great medicinal values. But this post is for understanding how green tea helps in keeping good health and why it should be a part of the daily diet.

Chinese diet green tea has been revered as a wonder drink to keep diseases away and improve health. The link between Chinese diet green tea and good health has been confirmed creating great demand for green tea. It’s now used for treatment of ailments like headaches to depression. Health benefits of green tea are constantly being mentioned in media.

Green tea comes from the plant called Carmellia sinensis. Health benefits of green tea diets owe to the steaming method of making it. Unlike black & tea that is full boiled, green tea is steamed only gently, preserving the natural antioxidants that have great health benefits.

The antioxidants in green tea help keep away the harmful free radicals in the body. The free radicals are the main cause for aging & degeneration of cells. There is also strong belief that free radicals are the major cause for diseases such as arthritis, rheumatism, Alzheimer’s disease, and even cancer.

So to maintain good health or recover from ailments, it will do good to include green tea as a regular part of the diet.
